Yes, we specialize in 100% natural hair coloring using henna-based formulas, chamomile, walnut, rhubarb, and other plant-based herbs. For grey coverage, we also use Redken Shades EQ, a demi-permanent acidic color, to ensure vibrant results while maintaining hair health.
Can you color grey hair with 100% natural color?
Yes, absolutely! Our plant-based hair color ensures full grey coverage using only natural ingredients. This method is gentle on the hair and scalp, promoting healthy hair growth.
Do you offer permanent hair coloring at your branches?
No, we do not offer permanent hair coloring. At GA Salons, we prioritize the health and integrity of your hair, which is why we focus exclusively on natural and demi-permanent coloring options.
How do I recognize that a hair color is 100% natural?
A 100% natural hair color is mixed only with water, without the use of any processing solutions or chemical activators. This ensures that the color is gentle on the hair and scalp, promoting healthy hair growth.
Can I start using a healthier color solution if I currently have permanent color?
Yes, we usually transition clients from permanent to demi-permanent color gradually. Once your hair is ready, we switch to a natural solution to maintain its health and vibrancy.
Do you provide at-home hair services?
Yes, at-home hair services are available at all our locations for an additional fee. Our experienced stylists will provide you with a personalized hair care plan tailored to your specific needs.
Do you offer makeup and hair or beauty services to be done at the same time?

Do you offer trials for events like bridal services?
Yes, we provide trials for bridal services. On your wedding day, our stylists and makeup artists can also come to your wedding location for an additional fee.
Do you offer keratin treatments?
No, we do not offer keratin treatments, as they can break your hair and change its structure. However, we provide an anti-frizz treatment called Cezanne, which is a healthier solution for reducing frizz and maintaining hair integrity.
What hair products do you use?
We exclusively use premium, natural hair products including Oway, and our own GA Salons product line. All our products are carefully selected for their quality and eco-friendly formulations.
How long does a hair coloring service take?
Hair coloring services typically take 2-4 hours depending on the technique and desired result. Full color transformations may require multiple appointments to achieve the best results while maintaining hair health.
How often should I get my hair cut and colored?
We recommend cuts every 6-8 weeks to maintain shape and health. Color touch-ups vary: roots every 4-6 weeks, highlights every 8-12 weeks. Our stylists will create a personalized maintenance schedule for you.

Bookings and Policies

How can I book an appointment?
Bookings can be made via phone, email, website, or our app, "GA SALONS," available on Google Play and the App Store. You can also contact us through Instagram or TikTok messaging services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you when possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, contactless payments, and Apple Pay/Google Pay. Gift cards are also available for purchase and can be used for all services.
